Privacy and email.

Big Mother Energy runs Own Your Energy — a free audit of what you have lived and what you can do. No account, no name, nothing tracked.

This site is the only place we email from. Every message comes from hello@bigmotherenergy.com, signed by Big Mother Energy. If an email claims to be us and comes from anywhere else, it is not us.

Our sending address is verified, which means inboxes can check that an email really came from bigmotherenergy.com and not from someone pretending. That check happens behind the scenes — you never have to do anything.

We only email you when you asked for something:

• You requested a coffee date or a group session — we confirm we got it.
• Megan replies to your request with a time and a video link.
• You were personally referred to our resource bank and we ask if you want to be listed.

Every email says why you are getting it, and every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and we stop. We never send newsletters, promotions or anything to a list.

When you ask to join a session on the Connection Circle page, two things happen:

• Right away: a short confirmation that we received your request.
• When your group is set: a personal invite from Megan with the date, the time and the video link. Groups are small — up to five women — so this can take a few days while she matches everyone.

If a confirmation does not show up within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and mark it as "not spam" — that teaches your inbox to trust us.

When you finish, your answers and what you wrote come to Megan so she can shape what comes next — along with the email you give us before your results. Circle requests go to Megan and no one else.

When you finish, your answers, what you write and your email are saved and sent to Megan at Big Mother Energy. Megan reads them to make the audit better. Sign in, and you can open them on any device. We never sell or share your name, your email or your answers with anyone else. The site also keeps track of which steps you have done, like finishing an audit. That is how it opens your next audit, and how Megan sees where women get stuck. Megan and her team can see your progress and your results. No ad trackers. No pixels.

We also keep a count of how many people get each Energy and path. That count holds no names, emails or answers.

Questions? Email hello@bigmotherenergy.com. A real person reads it.
